Principles and Practice of Cancer Prevention and Control Course
July 9 - August 3, 2018
This four-week summer course provides specialized instruction in the principles and practice of cancer prevention and control. Participants will gain a broad-based perspective on concepts, issues, and applications related to this field.
Molecular Prevention Course
August 6-10, 2018
This one-week course on the molecular aspects of cancer prevention follows the Principles and Practice of Cancer Prevention and Control course. It provides a strong background in molecular biology and genetics of cancer and an overview of cutting-edge research and techniques in the fields of molecular epidemiology, biomarkers, multi-omic, and translational research.
Lectures for both courses are usually scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. (occasionally lecture times will vary).
